(ESD) is New York State's economic development agency - offering financial
incentives to assist your company with site location and new facility
construction, specifically geared to the size and scope of your project.
Financial assistance may be provided through direct loans and/or grants,
or as interest rate subsidies in the form of grants or linked deposits
